When I have missed a show I want to watch, and your company offers a service that would let me catch up on said show for free. If the site is so badly served that an influx of traffic from the people who also want to watch said show, causes the site to work as well as a lawnmower on Jupiter several things have gone wrong.
1) You have on understanding of the core demographic you’re trying to reach with this new seires
2) You have underestimated the demands a free 24 hour streaming service would tax on your servers.
3) You have made a terrible site and your “oh look at us, everything done smegged up” message is FUCKING PATRONISING.
If your service is so bad that the only alternative I have is to try and find a torrent of the show then YOU HAVE FAILED AS SERVICE PROVIDERS AND CODERS.
