1. The first character I first fell in love with

You know it’s been so long since I first watched it and I was so young I can’t really say. But when I rediscovered it properly when I was like… 14 or something it was probably G’Kar, or Garibaldi.

2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now

I never thought I’d like Sinclair so much. I think the more you watch over the first seasons the more you can really get inside Sinclair’s head and the more you can get where he’s coming from. Plus he took a lot of risks to make the station work that Sheridan wouldn’t of. Sheridan was too “big idea” which to be honest is what works in war which is why he works during the Shadow War.

3. The character everyone else loves that I don’t

I don’t love Talia. I like her, but Andrea Thompson always came off a little stilted to me and Talia was never all that interesting either. Admittedly they could of sent her off the show in a nicer manner though.

4. The character I love that everyone else hates

I see a bit of Galen hate here and there (also Grace can’t stand him) but I love Galen. Galen’s this great mix if humour and intimidation I just really enjoy watching. Plus if I was Batman, Crusade would be my dead parents.

5. The character I used to love but don’t any longer

I don’t really think there is any that fit into this character. Usually I’ve always loved them or I’ve hated them forever.

6. The character I would totally smooch

I don’t know I mean, we’ve barely met.

7. The character I’d want to be like

G’Kar. His personal journey leads from this place of bitterness and hate and while his transformation is a great deal about trying to help his people, it’s also from a genuine desire to better himself and I love that. He doesn’t just stop at what is good for Narn, he goes on in his writings to try and explain what is good for the soul.

8. The character I’d slap

Byron, but I’d imagine he’d like it. (seriously fuck Byron)

9. A pairing that I love

I love Delenn and Sheridan, and god help me I know it’s doomed and entirely one sided fawning but I love Marcus and Ivanova as well.

10. A pairing that I despise

Lyta and Byron. Because Byron is a conflated ego being stalked by an army built around a cult of personality, who doesn’t want what’s best for his people regardless what he claims. He has the same god complex as Bester, he just chooses to manipulate emotionally rather than mentally.
