I really love the Hospital Staff from the first Silent Hill
The nurses and nurse variants in the other games tend to be the same stock faceless enemy that’s either faceless but with “emphasized features” shall we say, or just faceless and demonic.
The hospital staff in the first game are just people, with weird growths coming out of their backs controlling them like puppets.
